Return Policy

30-Day Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care and hygiene products (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and place a new order once the return has been approved.

30-Day Right of Withdrawal 

For orders shipped to countries within the United States, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or return your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision regarding the refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs and International Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the returned item is sent to a supplier located outside the European Union, all related costs must be covered by the customer. These costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Import duties

  • Import VAT

  • Administrative and customs clearance fees

We work with a supplier located outside the European Union. Therefore, returning items to this supplier may incur additional international shipping and customs-related charges. These costs are not reimbursed as part of the refund.

Refunds apply only to the purchase price of the returned item, except in cases where the error was caused by us (for example, if the wrong or a damaged item was delivered).
